I highly recommend personal coaching with Anthony. I’ve worked with him for 2+ years. His knowledge of nutrition and functional movement have helped me tremendously in my fitness journey. For one: I wanted to bulk. He took me from 185-215. I then wanted to cut. He took me from 215 to 176. Now we’re bulking again and he’s taken me from 176 to 197. My body looks a lot different than I did prior to starting with him. He was never rigid about “rules”. He provided great guidance that helped me keep the train on the tracks.
Next - he helped me get more mobile. He wrote programming that improved mobility and joint strength, which is what I was looking to accomplish. His experience with CrossFit was very helpful as he had already achieved some of the things I set out to achieve. As a result, I got stronger by measure of weight and volume. But also improved strength in deeper positions.
Lastly - he’s a good human and he cares. Unfortunately that seems to be in the minority category these days. But he always demonstrated concern and care for me, my family, my kids, etc. I got to know him personally and would now consider him a friend.
