Common Questions

Why do I need to create a profile to book an assessment?

Creating a profile allows us to securely store your results, personalize your plan, and make future bookings faster. Your information is kept private and is only used to support your health and performance journey. Right when you do your first assessment, you’ll have the ability to download the proof3 Member App to see your results progress over time (and book sessions and future assessments)

Additionally, we offer an 8 session per month package for $225/month. We believe in a 3-5 day per week plan for most of our members, but an 8 session/month package, which also includes assessments and personalized coaching.

Do I have to be a member to get either a proof360 or InBody Scan Assessment?

No. You can purchase either assessment individually.

Do I have to buy a membership after an assessment?

No pressure. You can take your results and walk away—or use them to start a personalized program when you're ready.

How should I prepare for my proof360 assessment?

Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. No need to stretch or warm up beforehand—the assessment is low-impact and guided by a coach.

You will do some slow movements in the movement assessment, and you will put effort into the strength and power test, but the total effort time is a few minutes, in total

How long does the proof360 assessment take?

About 60 minutes total: 30 minutes to learn and complete the assessment, plus 30 minutes to review your results with a coach and ask all of the questions you’re curious about.

How should I prepare for my InBody body scan?

Wear comfortable clothing. For accurate tracking over time, it’s best to take your scans under similar conditions (same hydration level, time of day, and fasting state if applicable). You’ll remove your shoes, socks, jewelry, and any watches or wearables prior to stepping onto the machine, and we have wipes for your feet + for the machine to ensure cleanliness at all times.

How long does the InBody body scan take?

About 30 minutes total. The scan itself takes 2 minutes, followed by a 20-25-minute review with a coach to interpret the results and ask any questions you’re curious about.

How often should I do a proof360 assessment?

We recommend doing a full proof360 Assessment every 3-6 months to capture meaningful changes in strength, mobility, and performance. You do not need to do it every month, but depending on your specific goals, we’ll recommend a bit more/less to meet you where you’re at in your fitness journey.

How often should I do an InBody scan?

Monthly scans are ideal for tracking short-term progress and adjusting your plan accordingly. They’re quick, we’re talking about 2-4 minutesd all-in, and they give you great insight into your changing body composition.

Will I get reminders when it’s time to reassess?

Yes. We’ll prompt you when it’s time for your next check-in so you can stay on track and keep improving.
