We begin with the proof360 Assessment. Using clinical-grade InBody scans, computer vision movement assessments and Proteus motion strength & power tech, we pull the curtain back on your metabolic health, muscle and body composition, and power.

You gain the peace of mind that comes from finally knowing exactly what your body needs to thrive, not just survive.

STEP 2 - Your Blueprint

Your Plan, Not A Template

You are an N-of-1. Your history, your injuries, and your goals are unique, so your training must reflect that, even in a small group environment. Following a generic plan is the fastest way to plateau.

We use your data to build your personal protocol. Whether you’re stepping into a 30/30 session or a Base40 class, your coach knows exactly how to adjust the load and intensity for you.

STEP 3 - Training

30/30 and Base40 Classes

To protect your health for the long haul, you need a heart that is as resilient as your muscles. You shouldn't have to choose between building strength and building endurance.

Our signature 30/30 session is the gold standard for longevity—30 minutes of "LIFT" for muscle mass growth and preservation followed by 30 minutes of "BREATHE" for VO₂ max and heart health. For those looking to master the fundamentals of functional movement, endurance, and recovery, our Base40 provides a focused, high-intensity strength foundation.

Both are data-informed and coach-led to ensure every minute you spend in the gym is an investment, not a cost.

STEP 4 - Compound Results

The Evolution Cycle

The body you have today won't be the body you have in 90 days. If your program doesn't evolve, your progress will stall. You deserve to see the "proof" of your hard work.

You'll run ongong full reassessments to confirm your progress. We look for the tangible wins: the muscle gained, the visceral fat lost, and the power restored.

This cycle of "Measure, Train, Reassess" ensures you are constantly moving toward the best version of yourself, backed by the data to prove you’ve arrived.

What is proof3®, and how is it different from other gyms?

At proof3, our focus is simple: results. Our flagship 30/30 class combines 30 minutes of progressive strength training with 30 minutes of focused endurance training in a community-driven small group environment. Our expert coaches deliver personalized feedback to you in every class as well as when you need it out of the gym. And, our tech-enabled experience ensures you prove results and feel accountable. proof3 is the perfect place to reach your goals. Unlike traditional gyms, our approach is designed not just for today but for the long run—improving your strength, body composition, endurance, and longevity. Our coaches personalize your experience, ensuring that you’re optimized for lasting success.

What can I expect from my first visit to proof3?

There are three (2) ways to initially experience proof3:

  • The best is With a proof3-60 Assessment. That is our signature assessment where you’ll gain great insight about your fitness and health focused around a body scan, a movement assessment, a strength & power test, and your lifestyle and wearable data. With the help of a coach, you’ll not only do the tests, you’ll get a full (but simple) report as well as a coaches expert insights and recommendations around it.
  • While its not our preferred method, with a proof3-60 session (class). That’s our signature 60 min session where the first 30 min is a progressive strength block we call “Lift” followed by a 30 min endurance block we call “Breathe.” You’ll effectively work through multiple strength lifts followed by getting your heart rate up to the right zone for the day’s intended results and feeling.

What are the membership options and pricing?

We offer a proof30 Experience to get you results in 30 days or your money back. From there, we offer monthly and annual membership options. It includes access to all group classes, personalized coaching, and assessment tools. No complicated tiers, no hidden charges—just everything you need in one comprehensive package.

What kind of technology does proof3 use to track my progress?

Our systems integrate body composition data, movement metrics via computer vision and ai models, strength tests with world-class patented hardware technology, and wearable data aggregation from virtually any wearable on the planet. Your coach receives all the insights in real-time to keep your training optimized. We confidently know that we have a world’s first fitness assessment!

What’s the difference between group training and group fitness sessions?

Group fitness is typically one-size-fits-all. At proof3, even group sessions are personalized using your assessment results and how you’re feeling and showing up on a particular day, so your training remains aligned with your goals and current condition. The real goal is for you to be consistent for a long time, so we make sure that we see you for where you are “now” so that you can take one step forward every day you train with us. That way, you put real effort in, but you don’t open yourself up to undue over-training and/or injury risk.
