How does proof3 Online Coaching Work?

We utilize our Optim Self Method to solve your unique challenges so that you maximize your results.  You'll be paired with a 1:1 coach who works directly with medical doctors and dieticians to design an end to end fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle program to maximize your results.  In that process, you'll track your fitness results, your blood biomarker results, and your daily habits results to ensure your success.

Our core gym experience is group strength and endurance fitness training, but we go much further than that. Every member starts by establishing their prf score ("proof score") via our proof360 Assessment. There, they'll determine their Body, Move, Strength, and Habits baseline using our cutting edge technology. With that helpful information, your gym experience then enjoys the fun and camaraderie of group fitness training mixed with the personalization of unique recommendations and insights to maximize your results
