I started working with Adam shortly after an ACL reconstruction and it was the best decision I could have made for my discovery. I have been competing at a high level since my youth, beginning in the professional development league under the Chicago Fire. After a torn ACL and reconstruction ended my soccer career, my passion for fitness and strength took over. Since the age of 18, I have been relentlessly pursuing the highest level of drug-free strength I can achieve. This journey began in competitive CrossFit, transitioned to Olympic weightlifting, and has since evolved into a broader pursuit of becoming the most well-rounded strength athlete possible.
In the process of pushing my own genetic potential, I’ve encountered and navigated numerous injuries—an experience that, combined with my background as a physical therapist, has shaped my approach to helping others overcome pain and limitations. I believe that weight training is the foundation for building resilient bodies, but the greatest benefit my clients gain is not just strength—it’s confidence and autonomy over their own physicality.
I continue to test the limits of my own potential, serving as the first line of experimentation for what truly works. While many training methods are tested at low speeds and intensities, true effectiveness is revealed under extreme conditions. By applying and refining these principles through my own training, I ensure that what I pass on to my clients is both proven and practical—helping them become the strongest versions of themselves.
I was extremely fortunate and privileged to meet and work with Adam Fetter from Proof 3 and FBB after my spinal fusion surgery. With his background as a PhD in Physical Therapy, Adam was the perfect guide for my recovery and beyond. Initially, we focused on regaining my mobility and flexibility, which was crucial after such an invasive procedure. Once we established a strong foundation, Adam designed a tailored workout regime centered around progressive hypertrophic training.
