My Mission

I relish in meeting my clients where they are RIGHT NOW so that we can gradually improve the small, but critical pieces, allowing them to reach their most important goals.

I work often with clients to grasp their nutrition as a whole and their body composition goals...

And I do it with a bit of an analytical style mixed with a side of love ;)

Like many other, I’ve personally done everything under the sun from competing in sport to lifting and running, and even to struggling in and out of the gym. This experience taught me many ways to help people win regardless of the endeavor they choose.

I work really well with clients who’ve tried a number of different things, heard it “all,” and don’t know how to effectively seed through.  They need support and direction.

I’ve helped thousands of people reach their goals of weight loss over the past decade, and I’m very excited to have the privilege to help more.

My Fitness & Wellness History

While I went to college for business and nutrition, I never actually went anywhere until I went through a large weight loss process from 270 pounds to 168 pounds - 102 pounds!

After my weightloss journey, I went on to the next critically important part of my life, sobriety. 

Weightloss and sobriety went hand in hand to forge me into the person I am today. Every time I helped someone else, I realized that I was also helping myself which felt like I was a part of a greater good. 

I sought many different new learning avenues to further my understanding to be able to grasp as much information as I could.  I competed highly in CrossFit for over a decade, played Division 1 lacrosse where won many awards and national championships, and then participated professionally. Then, years later, I ran the Leadville 100 mile running race + other Ultra marathons, and I now compete in Bodybuilding.

There is nothing I love more than seeing someone do something they thought they could never do. Most of the time this is the last 5 pounds someone wanted to lose that they have never been able to before. Perhaps its a race they didn’t think they could possibly do. Perhaps its playing with their kids as they get a bit older. Or, maybe its something more performance-based such as competing in bodybuilding for the very first time.

When we work together, I am there for you when you need me. I respond quickly to your workouts, videos, and questions. I utilize a weekly check-in format where I take a look at the bigger picture to ensure we’re moving in the right direction week in and week out. On a monthly basis, we’ll do our face to face call, and I’ll shoot you videos explaining either form technique, meal plans or other nutritional information we’ve been collecting.
