Common Questions

Some of the common things people ask about proof3

How should I prepare for my proof360 assessment?

Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. No need to stretch or warm up beforehand—the assessment is low-impact and guided by a coach.

You will do some slow movements in the movement assessment, and you will put effort into the strength and power test, but the total effort time is a few minutes, in total.

How long does the proof360 assessment take?

About 60 minutes total: 30 minutes to learn and complete the assessment, plus 30 minutes to review your results with a coach and ask all of the questions you’re curious about.

Does proof3 offer other assessments?

Yes. In addition to the full proof360 Assessment, we offer an InBody Body Scan + Coach Assessment for shorter, targeted body scan check-ins.

How often should I do a proof360 assessment?

We recommend doing a full proof360 Assessment every 3-6 months to capture meaningful changes in strength, mobility, and performance. You do not need to do it every month, but depending on your specific goals, we’ll recommend a bit more/less to meet you where you’re at in your fitness journey.
